Someone stands on something tall, like a box. A small crowd is gathered around. The person is speaking in tongues, or general nonsense. Every once in a while a sensical word is used like "abortion" or "hydrogen bomb" or "vast conspiracy." The crowd should continuously cheer the speaker on. They should be very enthusiastic and model themselves after a passionate group of the ultra-religious. Hopefully, passerbys will gather and listen.
