Manifesto
From Purdue CIA
We wish to live deliberately and among the impassioned, to feel the miraculous and be humbled by the mystery. Playfully spreading joie de vivre we enliven public space and cherish the following:
1. Helping others live consciously
2. Creating windows out of normalcy
3. Expressing enormity and
4. Spreading smiles with innocent tomfoolery
[edit] Quotes
Maybe we could start our manifesto with a few quotes.
"A little nonsense now and then, is cherished by the wisest men." -Roald Dahl
"The true artist helps the world by revealing mystic truths."
[edit] Partnerships with Other Student Groups
We should try to "partner" with other student groups for each project (e.g., Wheel of Idols & Purdue Nontheists).
- This helps other student groups think more creatively.
- It spread the work out among many people.
- The more people who are invested in seeing the project complete, the more likely it will happen.
[edit] Misc
- We should put this Manifesto in our Action Packet.
- Throughout every meeting when new project ideas are presented we should ask ourselves, "Does this fit with our manifesto?"
