"Live strong" dining hall bracelets

Create "Live Strong"-like bracelets with a distinct color/pattern. Represents "I'm sitting alone, but sit and eat with me..." etc. Random friendships will be generated.

- Flier advertising can be done for this

- Bracelets can be handed out at dining halls.

- Possibly get grant for these?
